DONCASTER ROVERS FC MATCH DAY PROGRAMME Creating in-house advertising for upcoming events were my initial tasks however, I progressed to work on many of the Doncaster Client: Club Doncaster/ DRFC Rovers FC match day programmes. 01 Year: 2017 This lead me to completely redesigning the layout for the 2017/18 season programme. Disciplines: Editorial Design DONCASTER ROVERS FC FAMILY STAND ARTWORK I was approached by my line manager to work alongside him to create artwork for the launch of Donny Dog’s Kennel. I was Client: Club Doncaster/ DRFC responsible for creating large scale vector illustrations of two of the team’s best players, James Coppinger and Andy Butler. 02 Year: 2017 These pieces were created in Adobe Illustrator and printed onto vinyl before being adhered to wall of the kennel. CLUB DONCASTER ADVERTISEMENT I was asked to create several adverts for several different purposes such as upcoming matches and commercial publications. Client: Club Doncaster/ DRFC Both for Doncaster Rovers FC and The Dons RLFC. 03 Year: 2016 I felt like I had a lot more creative freedom with the adverts, but I still used the core guidelines. Disciplines: Branding VECTOR ILLUSTRATIONS These were personal projects that I produced while experimenting with various techniques in Adobe Illustrator CC. They all received Client: Personal Projects 04 positive feedback on social media. Year: 2017/18 Disciplines: Illustration FILM POSTERS Creating film posters is a great way to express myself. I integrate my interest of vector illustrations to create artwork for my favourite Client: Personal Projects and most memorable films. AUTOCRAFT Adrian Holdgate established Autocraft over 20 years ago, building it from scratch and quickly gaining fast recognition within the Client: Autocraft Motor Body 06 industry. While Adrian has kept his professionalism over the year he has always lacked sufficient forms of advertisement. Repair Centre Year: 2016 I created a new logo that would mirror his handcrafted approach to each client and their vehicle. Disciplines: Branding AHOY! Board game created as part of a university brief. Client: University Brief Year: 2017 07 Artwork created freehand before developing digitally, either using Adobe Photoshop CC and/ or Adobe Illustrator CC. KLE SIGN SOLUTIONS LTD The owner wanted me to incorporate his three children into the design. The first initial for each child made up the name of the Client: KLE Sign Solutions Ltd company, KLE. I expanded the design by placing it next to a simple San Serif typeface containing the company’s full name. 08 Year: 2015 To date, the logo is still used by the company. Disciplines: Branding WEBSITE DESIGN Knowing how much the industry is moving to being digital, I decided to make a functional website for myself. I created it as part of my Client: Personal Project university course for my Brand Identity project. 09 Year: 2017- Knowing the basics of WordPress, I am able to update my custom coded website. Disciplines: Branding phase 1 NCS is a once in a lifetime opportunity available to 15-17 year olds in England and Northern Ireland. It is a government-backed programme recognised by UCAS and employers, designed to give young LET LOOSE people the best springboard for their future. NCS The National Citizen Service (NCS) is nationwide three-week experience aimed at 16-18-year-olds. Client: NCS/ Club Doncaster Year: 2017/18 10 As part of my employment at Club Doncaster, I was required to design a range of print material such as an A4 impact report and large-scale exhibition banners. Disciplines: Advertising THE CULTURAL SIXTIES The brief was to promote an upcoming exhibition titled “The Cultural Sixties”.The three areas, art and design, music and TV, Client: College Brief were highlighted by isolating them into a limited colour palette and depicting them with easy to recognise icons of the era. 11 Year: 2014 I used a combination of hand-crafted typography, Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator CC to create the three final designs. Disciplines: Advertising THE WAR OF THE WORLDS This poster was created using a combination of Adobe Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC. However, I also chose printed materials Client: University Brief with textures that evoke natural elements such as concrete and vegetation. The combination of the different elements gives the Year: 2016 12 outcome a unique identity, as well as a hand-crafted-appeal. Disciplines: Advertising THE WAR OF THE WORLDS As part of my university course I had to create my own typeface based on the original 1953 film “The War of the Worlds”. Client: University Brief Year: 2016 13 I used the hands of the “Aliens” for my main inspiration and depicted these as the serifs of the typeface as well as removing the counters from the letters. The colour brown was used to mirror the forms of the “Aliens”. Disciplines: Advertising E4 IDENT For this brief I created a stop-motion animation for an E4 ident. Through a sequence of chain reactions, the Rubik’s Cube is set in Client: College Brief motion before finally revealing the logo for the company. 14 Year: 2013 I was inspired by the playful nature of the brand and the target audience of the channel, which is mainly the 16–34 age group. Client: University Brief Year: 2016 15 The campaign would potentially be used over different social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and will see different offers on a weekly basis that would be used to gain interest with viewers, leading to potential customers. Disciplines: Illustration, Digital WORLD MAP SKETCH I created this piece for a friend. I wanted to portray her love of traveling in a unique style. I did this by depicting a conventional world Client: Freya Stirland map but using my own creative approach. 16 Year: 2016 It was created completely freehand with different sized black fine liners and was printed on high quality A3 paper.
