Integral appliances include a double electric oven, induction hob and a dishwasher with plumbing for a washing machine. There are characterful crux beams to the vaulted ceiling with discreet LED lighting and Velux windows which add to the feeling of space. Double doors lead to the sitting room which is another room of generous proportions and benefits from dual aspect to the front and rear, exposed stone walls and French doors to the garden. A wood burning stove set within a brick inglenook with wood mantel over sits centrally between two alcoves and takes centre stage.

Off the kitchen is the inner lobby which gives access to the bedroom accommodation and door to the rear garden. There are three double bedrooms.
