Last term Te Pahu School held a scenario where an earthquake occurred. It was recorded at 7.6 on the Richter scale. During the earthquake disaster, Te Pahu School was transformed into ‘‘Stanville’’. Emergency services such as Search and Rescue, police, Civil Defence, Fire Service and St John Ambulance came as well as Dean Taylor from the Te Awamutu Courier to support the media team.
