Do you have minimums? Yes, we require a 30-person minimum on all items, plus: • Drop-off Catering: $500 food minimum • Onsite Catering: $800 food minimum • Toasty Cheese Food Truck: $1,000 minimum • Toasty Taco Food Truck: $800 minimum • Best Truckin BBQ Food Truck: $800 minimum To rent the truck for a 2-hour serving period, we require a $$$ food minimum + 21% Gratuity/Service Fee + local Tax. There are a couple of ways you can reach this minimum. Pre-pay for each guest. We will serve from the truck as well as set up stationary apps, salads or sides outside of the truck. (Additional servers can be added to pass appetizers or bus tables at $20/hr per server.) How do I set up a tasting? We would be happy to set up a tasting. This includes a tasting for 4 people of up to 3 appetizers, 2 main entrees and 3 sides of your choice. A two-week notice is required for scheduling all tastings to ensure we can be adequately prepared, and secure it on the calendar! What is the Gratuity/Service Fee? A 21% Service Fee will be included in the final billing on all catering orders on all events that require extra staffing and extensive planning. The Gratuity/Service Fee covers the use of our equipment, liability insurance fees, permits and other administrative expenses, preparation for your event, clean up, site visits, and detailed coordination with all parties (client, hospitality companies, wedding coordinators, etc.) leading up to the event. Please note that the Gratuity/Service Fee is taxable. When is the Gratuity/Service Fee applied? Gratuity/Service Fee is applied for all events with the exception of Catering Delivery and Drop-Off. (We set up the food and you take care of the rest!) How can I reserve my event date? We need our catering contract signed and sent back to us with a 50% deposit to secure the date of your event in our books. We accept payment via credit card. When do I need to give you my Final Guest Count? We require final guest counts 2 weeks prior to your event. After the 2-week mark, we cannot decrease your guest count, but can accommodate increased counts if we are notified 7 days prior to your event. Change requests cannot be guaranteed after the 2-week mark. If you request to book an event within the two-week period, the guest count listed on your contract is considered the FINAL guest count. When is Final Payment Due? Since we don’t want to bother you on the day of event final payment is required 7 days prior to your event date, after all the final details have been determined. We accept payment via credit card. We do require you to have a credit card on file.
