2019-20 UH Student Ticket Claim Policy

University of current and enrolled students who have paid the Student Service Fee as part of their Admission Fee are eligible to claim a Student ticket to Houston Cougar Football and Men’s Basketball games and take advantage of other student-only ticket benefits offered by the Houston Athletic Department.

Student Ticket – Football There are 5,000 tickets available to current enrolled students & may be claimed for each home game on a first-come, first-served basis. • Student ticket is good for general admission seating in the student sections of TDECU Stadium (sections 132 through 140). Subject to availability. • Students receive priority entry into TDECU Stadium 15 minutes before gates open! Students are required to enter the stadium at ICON Gate 2. • Monday of game week students will be able to claim a ticket by logging into their online account at www.uhcougars.com/students • Tickets will be sent to students as a mobile ticket or print-at-home to their phone no later than 24 hours prior to kickoff. Email address listed on student’s online ticket account must be active on their phone to be able to receive mobile tickets. • If tickets are still available on game day, students can present their ID at Gate 2 (Student entrance) and they will be given a ticket for admittance.

Student Ticket – Men’s Basketball There are 1,000 tickets available to current enrolled students & may be claimed for each regular season home game on a first-come, first-served basis. • Student ticket is good for general admission seating in the student sections at the (Sections S11-S15 and 109). First 300 get to sit on the floor in sections S11-S15. • Students are required to enter Fertitta Center at the student entrance on Cullen Blvd. • Students can claim a ticket, starting 3 days prior to tipoff until 2 hours prior to doors opening at Fertitta Center (subject to availability). Students will be able to claim a ticket by logging into their account at www.uhcougars.com/students • Tickets will be sent to students as mobile ticket or print-at-home to their phone no later than 24 hours prior to tipoff. Email address listed on student’s online ticket account must be active on their phone to be able to receive mobile tickets. • If tickets are still available, students can claim on game day by showing their student ID at the Cullen entrance for admittance.

Valid Cougar Card in addition to game ticket is required for admittance to games *** NO EXCEPTIONS***

ANY ATTEMPT AT SELLING YOUR STUDENT TICKET, OR ANY STUDENT EJECTED FROM A GAME WILL LOSE ACCESS TO TICKETS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE YEAR WITHOUT A REFUND AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES PURSUANT TO THE STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

UH vs. Washington State University at NRG Stadium – Friday, September 13, 2019 • Vouchers will be issued at Cage Rage to eligible students (One ticket per voucher per student) • Students can redeem vouchers starting the Monday after Cage Rage, a ticket will be added to their account. • Student ticket pickup will be Monday, September 9th- Thursday, September 12th. Student must present student ID to pick up ticket.

Other Sports: Eligible students may present their Cougar Card to get a student ticket for admittance to volleyball, soccer, women’s basketball, baseball, softball and track and field regular season home competitions (subject to availability).

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All current enrolled students must present their valid Cougar Card for admission to events or to take advantage of any student benefits with the Athletic Department. Any attempt at fraudulent admission by not using your own Cougar Card may result in disciplinary action from the university or local authorities.

The Athletic Department will communicate with students as needed through their email provided during online account registration. This email address must be active on student’s phone to be able to receive mobile tickets.

Students may not interfere in any way with the play of the contest, venue operations and security or other patrons. Students shall not engage in any activity contrary to the standards of the . Any such behavior will lead to ejection without refund, denial of entrance to future events and subject the student to all legal remedies available to the university and/or local authorities. Any student ejected from a game will lose access to tickets for the remainder of the season without refund and will face disciplinary procedures at the Office of Student Conduct.

STUDENTS WHO MISUSE THE COUGAR ID, UH STUDENT TICKETS, OR STUDENT TICKET PRIVILEGES WILL BE REFERRED TO THE DEAN OF STUDENTS OFFICE FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION PURSUANT TO THE STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT. IT IS A VIOLATION OF THE STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT TO SELL YOUR STUDENT TICKET. IT IS ALSO A VIOLATION TO ALLOW ANY OTHER PERSON TO UTILIZE YOUR COUGAR ID.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS CANNOT BE REPLACED
