Shuttle transportation from the Moon Palace back to Cancún International Airport is included in your package. We know the end of your trip is the last thing on your mind right now. However, the last day of Phish: Riviera Maya can sneak up on you, so it’s best to be prepared for your departure.

Your package administrator should submit final flight information through the Guest Dashboard if he/she has not already done so. If the flight and pick up information in your Guest Dashboard is inaccurate, you can contact CID Presents Guest Services via the Message Center in the Guest Dashboard, 888-820-0386 or [email protected] for assistance.

We will provide shuttle departure times for all guests whose flight information is registered in the Guest Dashboard. These times can vary, but we’d advise preparing to leave the resort via your scheduled departure shuttle about 2 to 2.5 hours before your flight. That being said, please stay tuned for a departure email, which will be sent to you during the event. That email will have your specific shuttle time! Check-Out: • You must check-out before Noon on the day of your departure. Please note, you may still enjoy resort amenities after you check-out of your room before you access your departure shuttle. The resort will hold your luggage as you do so.

• Please allow enough time to check out with the resort before your scheduled airport shuttle departure
