To do this, type in Power Search "services" to choose services. Or you can run the following command s in a elevated command prompt with administrator privileges: "net stop uxsms" a nd "net start uxsms". Restart Windows 7.

Go to Power Search and type in "transparency" and open "Find and fix problems wi th transparency and other visual effects". Run through the wizard and Windows wi ll look for issues. If you see any red crosses, fix the issues and run the scan again.
