Seafood Pasta Recipe Adapted from the Ebb & Flo menu to serve six people • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 onion, chopped • 1 garlic clove, chopped • 400g can of chopped tomatoes • 1l fish stock • 300g linguini • 250ml white wine • 240g fresh mussels - steamed and ready for use • 240g squid, tentacles and tubes • 240g clams, frozen • 240g prawns • Handful of parsley leaves, chopped, and lemon wedges to serve

Method • Heat the oil in a frying pan, then cook the onion and garlic over a medium heat for five minutes until soft. Add the tomatoes and stock, then reduce to a thick tomato sauce. • In a separate pan cook the seafood with a little white wine and lemon – until cooked, combine with the tomato sauce. • Prepare a packet of linguini as per instructions on box. • Toss the seafood through the pasta. • Serve with lemon, flat leaf parsley and parmesan.
