Healthy Ageing Directory 2021/22 Want to be active, healthy and happy? There are lots of opportunities for everyone across the West of England and it’s never too late to start a new activity, make new friends and have fun! 1 Introduction Contents Welcome to the first edition of the Healthy Ageing Directory for people Introduction 1 aged 55+ in the West of England.
