Neighbourhood Plan If all has gone according to schedule, by the time you read this every household should have received a copy of the Draft Neighbourhood Development Plan for Bartestree with Lugwardine. The version of the Draft Plan on display in the Village Hall in October has been amended by taking into account comments by residents and comments made by advisors in Herefordshire Council, who have the responsibility of ensuring that our plan complies with the recently adopted Herefordshire Local Plan.

Please read the Draft Plan, ask questions about it, discuss it and send us any comments you have about it by Monday 18th January 2016. You will also find the Draft Plan itself and many supporting documents on the Parish Council and Herefordshire Council websites. Comments should be sent by post or email to the Parish Clerk – details below.

After this 6-week consultation period, the Draft Plan will be amended further, if necessary, and then submitted to Herefordshire Council, who will display it for a second 6-week consultation period.
