Hartley Wintney FC has a constitution which sets out the rules that govern its relationship and membership, and elects a Management Committee to run the organisation on behalf of its private members. This is a monthly draw which takes place on the last Friday of each month at 7pm. There are three prizes. The first prize is £100, the second is £25 and the third prize, the club prize, is £25, but to you have to be at the club when the draw is made to win this.
