GUARANTEES Notify your Conference Manager five (5) business days prior to your event of the guaranteed number of guests attending. This is the minimum number for which you will be charged and is not subject to reduction. If a guarantee is not received at the appropriate time, the anticipated attendance will be used as a guarantee and charges will be made accordingly.

FOOD & BEVERAGE All food and beverage items must be supplied and prepared by the Hotel and may not be removed from the premises.
