Bid was opened on scheduled date and time by the Committee in the presence of bidder. Only single bid was tendered by M/s Hi-Tech Trading House, office # 206 Hussain Trade Centre, New Chilli Karachi. The Technical Proposal being found eligible was evaluated and the firm secured 83 marks in the light of Technical Evaluation criteria and the documents provided by the firm (Technical Evaluation Report), as the firm qualified for evaluation of Financial Bid, the Committee opened the financial bid on 16-10-2017 which revealed as under:
