    Part III - Administrative, Procedural, and Miscellaneous Determination of Housing Cost Amounts Eligible for Exclusion or Deduction for 2010 Notice 2010-27 SECTION 1. PURPOSE This notice provides adjustments to the limitation on housing expenses for purposes of section 911 of the Internal Revenue Code (Code) for specific locations for 2010. These adjustments are made on the basis of geographic differences in housing costs relative to housing costs in the United States. SECTION 2. BACKGROUND Section 911(a) of the Code allows a qualified individual to elect to exclude from gross income the foreign earned income and housing cost amount of such individual. Section 911(c)(1) defines the term “housing cost amount” as an amount equal to the excess of (A) the housing expenses of an individual for the taxable year to the extent such expenses do not exceed the amount determined under section 911(c)(2), over (B) 16 percent of the exclusion amount (computed on a daily basis) in effect under section 911(b)(2)(D) for the calendar year in which such taxable year begins ($250.68 per day for 2010, or $91,500 for the full year), multiplied by the number of days of that taxable year within the applicable period described in section 911(d)(1). The applicable period is the period during which the individual meets the tax home requirement of section 911(d)(1) and either the bona fide residence requirement of section 911(d)(1)(A) or the physical presence requirement of section 911(d)(1)(B). Assuming that the entire taxable year of a qualified individual is within the applicable period, the section 911(c)(1)(B) amount for 2010 is $14,640 ($91,500 x .16).

    ANEXO 13-7 Lineamientos para la formulación del informe de Empalme -Componente de Desarrollo Agropecuario y Rural- El nuevo mandatario debe recibir del alcalde/goberandor saliente un informe de rendición de cuentas de las acciones adelantadas en materia de desarrollo agropecuario y rural. En la medida de lo posible, dicho informe deberá contemplar una descripción de las principales variables que dan cuenta de un desarrollo agropecaurio y rural con enfoque territorial, asi: Producción Agrícola, Pecuaria, Forestal y Pesquera: Descripción de la producción: área plantada, producción, rendimiento, principales cultivos, especies pecuarias y pesqueras. PRODUCCIÓN AGRICOLA Después de la crisis agrícola ocasionada por la apertura económica de comienzos de los 90´s, antes de la cual se sembraban alrededor de 40.000 hectáreas, para posteriormente no sobrepasar las 15.00 hectáreas de cultivos, este sector se ha venido recuperando poco a poco. Hoy el área sembrada supera las 26.000 hectáreas, que representan el 9,33% del área de uso agropecuario. Entre los cultivo tecnificados de mayor importancia tenemos la yuca, el maíz, el sorgo, el arroz, la palma y frutales como la guayaba, el mango y el limón. En cuanto a los cultivos tradicionales, a pesar de constituir la base económica de la mayoría de los campesinos del Departamento, en su explotación se utiliza poca o ninguna técnica e insumos ya que se hace en forma artesanal y a pequeña escala. Entre estos cultivos se destacan por el área en uso los cultivos de maíz, yuca, sorgo, melón, ahuyama, ajonjolí, millo, guandú, ciruela, papaya, hortalizas, ñame y plátano. En cuanto a la distribución espacial de los cultivos, se destacan algunos municipios con fuerte vocación agrícola como Piojó, Luruaco, Repelón, Sabanalarga, Manatí y Ponedera.

En la actualidad, la FMSD tiene la Dirección General en la ciudad de Bogotá, con seccionales en Barranquilla (Atlántico) y Cartagena (Bolívar) y en su estructura organizacional cuenta con un equipo de 170 colaboradores directos, quienes apoyan las unidades estratégicas, misionales y de soporte de la organización (FMSD, 2015). Con base en su trayectoria en el sector de vivienda de interés social y prioritario, en 2009 la FMSD ha consolidado un modelo propio denominado “Desarrollo Integral de Comunidades Sostenibles – DINCS”, con el objetivo de lograr que los proyectos de vivienda trasciendan los temas inmobilia- rios para alcanzar la construcción de comunidades sostenibles, mediante esquemas estructurados de participación, empoderamiento y de liderazgo proactivo. En la actualidad, la FMSD lleva a cabo tres proyectos bajo este modelo en dos ciudades, un proyecto en Barranquilla y dos en Cartagena.
