The mass had increased rapidly in size within two months prior to presentation. There was associated pain and left axil- lary swelling. The excised tis- sues were not subjected to histological examination. Physical examination revealed a middle-aged obese woman (weight 90 kg) in no apparent distress. Her pulse was 86 beats/min-', regular, full volume and blood pressure was 130/80 mmHg.
