1. Full payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date (or unless otherwise specified). Collingwood Football Club Ltd. reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 9 percent in default of payment in accordance with the terms set out in the invoice. 2. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of signing this priority booking form a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the cost of the package plus GST is immediately payable by you. No cancellations can be accepted after 7 days. 3. While we do our best to ensure your package arrangements are of the highest possible standard and proceed; we cannot accept any responsibility for the cancellation of or changes to the event or for the negligence, acts, omissions or errors of other parties over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. 4. We do not accept any responsibility for the security of or safety of the personal and corporate belongings of either yours or those who attend the event with you. 5. You must be fully responsible for your own conduct and for the conduct of those who attend the event with you and for any damage or loss caused by such conduct and you and those who attend must comply with all Acts, regulations, directions, orders and requirements imposed upon the event or the event venue. 6.
