Exhibitors receive 10 free tickets for their business relations to the event (Trade Fair or Festival) in which they partake.
A fee of €45 applies to all changes. It is not possible to book after the 1st of February 2020.

Alastair Gower – Chocolate Tree (exhibitor since 2017) I liked the matchmaking at Chocoa, cause it worked really well for us. I was able to setup meetings in advance with prospective clients and engage with them before the event. The app was easy to use and a dedicated space for the meetings meant I was able to discuss undisturbed, it led to some good business. Another excellent feature at Chocoa!

Important: The Trade Fair takes place at the same time as the Conference and the Chocolate Makers Forum. Technically it is not possible to attend this if you are exhibiting at the Trade Fair, unless you are not alone at your booth. A booth always need to be staffed.
