Our premium white wines are stored in dedicated temperature controlled wine fridges and are maintained between 10-12°c year round. BROCKEN SPECTRE ‘Summer Gin’ Tasmania, Australia 20 The Tasmanian Summer Gin is infused with locally grown saffron post distillation, giving the liquid and golden hue and allowing the full rich flavor of the spice to create a distinct powerful spirit. We recommend serving on ice with Fever Tree Light Tonic or Martini. FOUR PILLARS ‘Shiraz Gin’ Vic, Australia 18 Pine Forrest notes, white pepper and spices, and the gin is beautifully balanced with a delicious Sweetness and nice tannins to finish. HUSK DISTILLERS ‘Ink Gin’ Tweed Valley, NSW 18 Bright blue and indigo hues changing to pink when mixed with natural acidity including tonic water, lemon and lime. The nose is shows fragrant citrus followed by fresh pine, coriander, juniper and sweet orange.
