The system is completely driven by XML for Local Language support, for example, the menus, labels and pull-down menus can be in one of approximately 16 different languages including Chinese. Developed the subtitle Flex portion of the system using the MVC cairngorm framework. Flex Components: Use Adobe Flex Builder 3, ActionScript 3 along side Flash CS3, Photoshop CS3 and Illustrator CS3, for design elements to build Flex components that fit into a cairngorm framework. I developed the following five components: . Time and Date: featured multiple formats date and time, date only and time only in locale formats, for example, YYYY/MM/ DD, MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss. ▪ Time Code: supported hh:mm:ss:ms formats. ▪ Text and Text: supported expand and collapse to save space on the within the component. ▪ List bar: supported a list of items that highlighted the single selected item. ▪ Radio button: allowed for vertical or horizontal layout using states.
