I was sure that this was a trade people outgrew. I mean, who would want to work in the liquor industry their entire life? At some point I would have to grow up and get a real job. Wouldn’t I? There were just so many aspects of the job that I loved. I was working with ingredients created by masters; people that had dedicated their lives and generations to making something special.
