BASHKIA LEZHË DREJTORIAE E PLANIFIKIMITTE TERRITORIT DHE ZHVILLIMIT URBAN Relacion Teknik OBJEKTI:"MIRMBAJTJE, SISTEMIM DHE ASFALTIM RRUGE RURALE" (RRUGE KOMUNALE SIPAS KODIT RRUGOR NENI 2) __________________________________________________________________________________________ FUNKSIONI Rrjeti rrugor në administrim të Bashkisë Lezhë, përbëhet nga : 1- Rrjeti i rrugëve të transportit në Qytet i cili përbëhet nga : rrugë urbane me lëvizshmëri të lartë, rrugë urbane në lagje dhe rrugët lokale ; 2- Rrjeti i rrugeve rurale dhe lokale në njësitë administrative të cilët lidhin qendrat e njësive administrative me Bashkinë, njësite administrative me rrugët kombëtare, qendrat e fshatrave me njësite administrative, si dhe fshatrat dhe lagjet e tyre me njeri- tjetrin brenda njësive administrative. VENDNDODHJA Bashkia Lezhë është një nga 61 bashkitë e Shqipërisë që gjendet në Veri-perëndim të vendit, me një vijë bregdetare prej 38 km në bregun e detit Adriatik që nga Ultësira e Shkodrës deri në lumin Mat. Bashkia Lezhë përbëhet nga 10 njësi administrative, njesia administrative Lezhë, Shëngjin, Shënkoll, Zejmen, Kolsh, Ungrej, Balldre, Kallmet, Dajç, Blinisht, si dhe 65 fshatra dhe dy qytete. Ka një popullsi prej 113 535 banorësh dhe sipërfaqe prej 508 km2. Territori i Bashkisë së Lezhës përbëhet nga një zonë malore në lindje (65%) dhe zona fushore në perëndim (35%). Shumica e popullsisë jeton në zonat rurale (rreth 60%), ndërsa 40% jetojnë në qendrat urbane. Lezha ka një pozicion shumë të favorshëm gjeografik. Shtrihet midis 41 o56’52” dhe 41 o39’45” gjerësi dhe 19 o35’20” dhe 19 052’20” gjatësi gjeografike dhe gjendet vetëm 55 km nga kryeqyteti i Shqipërisë dhe aeroporti i Rinasit. Largësia Lezhë-Shkodër është 35 km, Lezhë-Durrës (porti industrial dhe terminali kryesor i trageteve në Shqipëri) është 70 km dhe Prishtina, kryeqyteti i Kosovës është vetëm 220 km larg. -

ISSN 2239-978X Journal of Educational and Social Research Vol. 7 No.1 ISSN 2240-0524 MCSER Publishing, Rome-Italy January 2017 Economic Features of Lezha District Ariola Kaza European University of Tirana Doi:10.5901/jesr.2017.v7n1p203 Abstract The idea of the functional area was extremely important to the territorial reform which was implemented in Albania during the year 2014. Through this reform new and bigger local units were determined and high expectations were set toward a more consistent development and more efficient use of the public sector resources as well as utilization of the private sector energies. This study was conducted in the period of March – September 2015. Data is extracted from existing sources. The main data are retrieved by local government units which constitute Lezha’s functional area as well as Lezha District. Tourism and Agriculture are regarded as the most important sectors from all development strategies of local units. There are other growing sectors in Lezha which are making progress, albeit a bit slowly. They are worthy of attention due to the number of businesses and their employees. The most pronounced industries here are timber, fish processing industry, agriculture and livestock products. Another industry of considerable significance in this area is that of extracting and processing construction materials and nonmetallic mineral reserves. The territorial reform implemented in Albania aimed at efficient use of the public sector resources, as well as toward utilization of the private sector energies. 1. We hope your visits in these religious sites enrich your experience in Albania. 1 ORTHODOX RELIGION SITES The most interesting ones: 1-Saint Mary’S Monastery Church in Ardenice. One of the largest monasteries with an ancient history not only in the region of Myzeqe but in the entire country. It is situated along Lushnje-Fier national road near Kolonja village. It dominantly raises on the hills of Ardenica with a altitude of 237 m above sea level where the view of a vast, pleasant and astonoshing field spreads. The values this temple holds make it one of the most touristic and study attraction sites. It is believed that the foundations of this monastery are placed in 1282 with the intiative of emperor Andronik II,a Bizantyne Paleologist who built it after the victory over Angevins in Berat. ‘The crowning wedding ceremony of our national hero Gjergj Katrioti who married Andronika Arianiti took place in Ardenica‘s Monastery Church. -

The preparation and implementation of this commitment required a significant amount Gjergji FILIPI, PhD of financial and human resources. For this INSTAT has benefitted by the support of the Albanian government, the European Union and international donors. The methodology was based on the EUROSTAT and UN recommendations for the 2010 Population and Housing Censuses, taking into INSTAT consideration the specific needs of data users of Albania. Ledia Thomo Anisa Omuri In close cooperation with international donors, INSTAT has initiated a deeper analysis process in Ruzhdie Bici the census data, comparing them with other administrative indicators or indicators from different Eriona Dhamo surveys. The deepened analysis of Population and Housing Census 2011 will serve in the future to better understand and interpret correctly the Albanian society features. The information collected by TECHNICAL ASSISTENCE census is multidimensional and the analyses express several novelties like: Albanian labour market Juna Miluka and its structure, emigration dynamics, administrative division typology, population projections Kozeta Sevrani and the characteristics of housing and dwelling conditions. More than 1,000 other people have found refuge in cities around the country and in Kosovo. Among these at least 2,000 children. WVA coverage for the reporting period Main highlights • Since 26th of November, World Vision Albania (WVA) coordinated support and efforts for assisting the affected populations in the affected areas, with Government of Albania (GoA), International Organizations (I/NGOs) and local and national Non-Government organizations (NGOs). • Rapid Assessment to identify needs in affected areas conducted in less than a week through WV staff and volunteers (students of the Social Sciences Faculty, University of Tirana).
