HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

1) Before submitting a claim, please read the Terms & Conditions below and ensure your claim meets the following requirements:

The Best Rate Guarantee applies to the Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas only, Limited to only towers types: Beach Tower, Coral Towers, Royal Towers, The Cove Atlantis, The Reef Atlantis & Harborside Resort. Additionally, the Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to any other Atlantis resort.

Your reservation must be made through AtlantisBahamas.com and/or the Atlantis Paradise Vacation Call Center.

The guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:

 Rates not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates.  Qualified discount rates including but not limited to Government/Military, senior rates, and rates made available exclusively to rewards members and other loyalty programs.  Rates that require a paid membership in a club or other organization, such as AAA.  Package rates that include room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment and/or non-breakfast meals.  Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay.  Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.  Rates available from on auction websites.  Rates available on websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed, such as Priceline and Hotwire.  Pre-paid rates that require a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate (including electronic vouchers and certificates) for a hotel stay outside the and .

The “Comparison Rate” must be found, and a completed claim form submitted within 24 hours of booking the reservation through the Atlantis, Paradise Island reservation channel, and at least 72 hours before the check-in date. It also must be for the same tower, room type, bed type, number of guests and reservation dates. The same cancellation and advance purchase policies, and other terms and conditions governing the rates must apply.

A customer service associate will verify the Comparison Rate and notify you of the results within 2 business days of receiving your claim.

For verified claims, where the booking was fully prepaid and through AtlantisBahamas.com, Atlantis, Paradise Island will refund the difference to your credit card, if applicable, within 30 business days of submitting your claim.

All Best Rate claims must be submitted in US dollars.

If the claim has been verified, the $50 resort credit will be applied to the booking. The resort credit is a one-time credit based on per booking, per stay. Resort credit cannot be used towards the cost of the room. The resort credit begins on the date of arrival and expires upon checkout. No credit will be issued for any unused amount of the resort credit. This offer has no cash value. Resort credit may be used for Dolphin & Marine Adventures, Atlantis Kids Adventures, CRUSH, Atlantis Pals, Atlantis Speedway, Atlantis LIVE performances, or internet service. Resort credit may not be used for laundry service or at any of the following outlets: Mandara Spa, Ocean Club Golf Course, the Casino, Johnny Rockets, Marina Starbucks, Quizno's, the Atlantis Signature shops or any other retail shops. Resort credit may not be used on gratuities for food and beverage consumption, in-room movies or phone calls, transportation/transfers, resort fees or taxes and Energy Surcharges.

When multiple rates for the same tower, reservation dates, and room type are available through an Atlantis, Paradise Island reservation channel you must reserve the lowest rate to be eligible for the guarantee. For example, if there is a non-refundable rate and a refundable rate for the same room type, in the same tower, for the same dates, the Comparison Rate must be a matching package type; i.e. if the original booking was a refundable rate, then the Comparable Rate must be a refundable rate as well.

The Comparison Rate must be reservable by the general public and be verifiable by Atlantis, Paradise Island. If the Comparison Rate is offered through an Atlantis, Paradise Island channel, you must reserve that rate to qualify for the guarantee. Atlantis, Paradise Island will not charge a cancellation fee. If the Comparison Rate is reserved through a non-Atlantis, Paradise Island reservation channel, Atlantis, Paradise Island is not responsible for any fees or other costs incurred due to cancellation of a reservation. Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the Comparison Rate must still be available at the time Atlantis, Paradise Island validates the claim. Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee. Atlantis, Paradise Island may deny claims where the difference between the comparison rate and the rate on the Atlantis, Paradise Island reservation channel is less than $1.00

Comparison Rates applicable to only a portion of your entire scheduled stay will not be honored; nor will they be valid for a multi-day stay if the total room cost of the stay is the same or greater than the total room cost through a Atlantis, Paradise Island channel.

Void where prohibited by law. Atlantis, Paradise Island reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice.

2) If the claim meets the above requirements, please follow the below steps to process the claim:

 Please download and complete all fields of the Best Rate Guarantee Form. o Incomplete forms will not be processed.  A screen shot must be attached with your claim and be for the same tower, room type, bed type, number of guests and reservation dates as the original Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas booking. Proof needs to show nightly rates broken out by day, net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate.  Email the completed form along with the appropriate form of evidence. o Email form to [email protected].  Any questions regarding claims should be emailed to [email protected] or call 1-877-786-1736.

3) Upon validation of the claim:

 A customer service associate will verify the Comparison Rate and notify you of the results within 2 business days of receiving your claim.  Atlantis, Paradise Island will refund the difference to your credit card, if applicable, within 30 business days of submitting your claim.
