Some energy drinks contain herbs, amino acids, protein, and other substances, usually in such small amounts that they are unlikely to have any noticeable effect on performance.     Laboratoire sur les daphnies et l’effet des boissons énergisantes : La démarche expérimentale La problématique : Selon l’Institut national de santé publique du Québec, « la consommation de boissons énergisantes a connu une croissance importante au cours des cinq dernières années, de sorte que ces produits occupent maintenant une part considérable du marché des boissons. Ces boissons sucrées, promues pour leur capacité à rehausser les niveaux d’énergie et de vivacité, contiennent de la caféine comme principal ingrédient actif, en plus de diverses autres substances telles que la taurine, le glucuronolactone, le ginseng, l’inositol, et des vitamines.
