As the current restrictions prevent us from delivering on-field programming, we have created this at-home booklet to keep our young United DFC players engaged in soccer, from home

This booklet serves as an initial engagement tool, with more programming to be released over the coming days & weeks

We will also be utilizing our connected club, the North Nitros’, YouTube Channel (with their permission granted) to provide our young players with some at-home technique-development practices/sessions.

EVERY UDFC player has a story, the tale of what makes you love being a player for our club.
