CREDENTIAL: TECHNICAL BID 1. CREDENTIAL/EXPERIENCE: Intending bidders should Eligibility Criteria for Qualification of the produce credentials of completion of a ‘similar nature of work’* bidders in the Technical Bid (i) having minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to i) For Sl.No-01,05&08 Culvert works/ Bridge tender during 5(five) years prior to the date of issue of the tender works/Reinforcement works notice; ii) For Sl .No.02,04,06,07 & 09 C.C. OR Road/Bituminous Road/Reinforcement works Intending bidders should produce credentials of 2(two) similar iii) For Sl.No-03 Bituminous nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5(five) years prior to the Road/Reinforcement works date of issue of the tender notice; Credential Certificate in the form of OR completion certificate issued by the Executive Intending bidders should produce credentials of one single running Engineer or equivalent or competent authority work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of of a state / central government, State/ Central 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value Government undertaking, Statutory / of 40% as mentioned above; In case of running works, only those bidders who will submit the certificate of satisfactory running work autonomous bodies constituted under the from the concerned Executive Engineer, or equivalent competent Central / State Statute, on the executed value authority will be eligible for the tender. In the required certificate it of completed / running work will be taken as should be clearly stated that the work is in progress satisfactorily credential. Credential should be in the name & and also that no penal action has been initiated against the executed style of the intending bidder only. TURNOVER: Average audited Annual Turn Over for the last 3 & date, Name of the work, work order amount, (Three) consecutive Financial Years should be equal to or more than 60% of the total estimated amount put to tender.
