Mr. John McCamman, Director of the Department of Fish and Game, called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M., introduced himself, Ms. Karen Finn, Program Budget Manager, Department of Finance; Ms. Diane Colborn, Assembly Member Jared Huffman’s representative; Ms. Erin Shaw, Assembly Member Ira Ruskin’s representative; Mr. John Donnelly, Executive Director of the Wildlife Conservation Board, and Ms. Natalya Kulagina, Mr. Donnelly’s Executive Assistant.
