NOTICE OF FILING

Notice is hereby given that, Zips Transportation Service, LLC, an Arkansas Corporation, has applied for authority as a contract carrier in intrastate commerce as follows:

IRREGULAR ROUTES:

Passengers and their belongings, under continuing contract(s),

Between all points and places in Faulkner, Lonoke, Pulaski and Saline counties, on the one hand, and all points and places in the State of Arkansas, on the other, over irregular routes.

Pursuant to Act 746 of 1995, protests may be filed challenging whether the applicant is fit, willing and able properly to perform the proposed service. Any PROTEST must be filed with this Commission, attention Legal Division, P. O. Box 2261, Little Rock, AR 72203, on or before the 10th calendar day following the official date of filing, which is November 25, 2019, and must show service of a copy thereof on the applicant or his attorney by REGISTERED MAIL.

Verified statements of the applicant shall be filed with the Commission and a copy served upon the opposing parties or their attorney pursuant to the format and time limitations set out in the Commission's rules and regulations, Rule 3.14, as amended.

Verified statements of the protestants and each known supporting witness shall be filed with the Commission and a copy served upon the opposing parties or their attorney pursuant to the format and time limitations set out in the Commission's rules and regulations, Rule 3.15, as amended.

The Arkansas Highway Commission will hold a hearing on this application at its offices, 10324 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas, on a date to be established, at which time and place testimony upon all matters affecting same will be heard. All parties of record will be notified in advance of the designated hearing date.
