    Publication of the Coleby Parish Neighbourhood Plan In accordance with the Central Lincolnshire Statement of Community Involvement, the following activities were undertaken in order to publicise the Coleby Parish Neighbourhood Plan: 1. The consultation was published on the North Kesteven District Council website, and included: • The plan and accompanying documents, • Details of where and when the plan can be viewed (paper copies), • Details of how people can comment (electronic and paper), • Details of when comments must be received by, • A statement that representations may include a request to be notified of future stages of the plan, and • The response form. 2.
