ParliamentaryRAJYA SABHA Bulletin PART-II Nos.60319-60320] MONDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2020 No.60319 Table Office DECLARATION UNDER THE MEMBERS OF RAJYA SABHA (DISQUALIFICATION ON GROUND OF DEFECTION) RULES, 1985 Under Rule 4(2) of the Members of Rajya Sabha (Disqualification on Ground of Defection) Rules, 1985, every member is required to furnish to the Secretary-General, inter-alia, a statement of particulars giving details including his/her party affiliation and declaration as in Form III set out for the purpose in the Rules. Rule 4(3) of the said Rules further provides that a summary of information furnished by the members under sub-rule (2) of this Rule is required to be published in Bulletin-Part II. The requisite summary of information as furnished by the following Members elected in Biennial/Bye- elections from the States of Bihar, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand during the months of November and December, 2020, are detailed below:— Sl.
