This should inform decisions on future actions, but also result in highlighting the growth in confidence, skills and capacity of individuals, organisations and the wider community. Agencies and services have monitoring arrangements in place and so simple reporting mechanisms will be adopted in order to monitor the plan on a quarterly basis. A full review of the plan would take place after 18 months of it being established.
