RULES AND GUIDELINES • No course may double-count for two separate majors/concentrations or programs. • A maximum of 2 courses in political science may be transferred from other institutions, including study abroad and AP credits. Transfer credits must be approved by the undergraduate adviser or the Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUS). • The Barnard offerings of the economics core classes are NOT acceptable substitutes for the core requirements. • Students must receive a grade of at least C- in order for a course to count towards the major. • A grade of “Pass” is acceptable for only the FIRST course taken for the major.
