BC Global Education Program – Offshore Schools
British Columbia (BC) offshore schools are inspected and certified by the BC Ministry of Education.
Students registered at a BC offshore school receive instruction in English by BC certified teachers. Graduates from a BC Graduation Program are issued a BC Certificate of Graduation (Dogwood Diploma).

A Pre-Certified Status Offshore School has signed the ‘Initial Curriculum Delivery Agreement’ and has approval to begin to delivering the BC curriculum. To be approved as a certified Offshore school a successful inspection must be conducted to enable full certification status as a BC Offshore School under the BC Global Education Program. Pre-Certified Offshore Schools are not permitted to advertise as a certified BC Offshore School under the BC Global Education Program.
