Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010 The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 28/11/2019 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. DOWNTON - 19/10102/FUL & 19/10363/LBC 18 Lode Hill, Extension; DURNFORD - 19/10043/FUL Salt Store and Gritter Garage, Netton, Demolish existing salt store building from 1500/construct larger salt store of 2500 tonnes capacity. Extend existing 6 bay vehicle store to 10 bay facility. Email Address: [email protected] Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) A342 (Part) Andover Road, Ludgershall; from its junction with A342 High Street to its junction with Hampshire County to enable Miles Macadam to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via A342 (unaffected length) – A303 – A338 – A3026 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 02 December 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 until 07 December 2019. B) A350 (Part), East Knoyle, Sedgehill and Semley, Donhead St Mary and North Dorest; from its junction with A303 to its junction with A30, North Dorest to enable Carriageway Resurfacing, Ironwork Adjustments and Road Markings. Alternative route: via A30 - B3081 – B3095 – A303 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 03 December 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 12 December 2019. C) Witt Road (Part), Winterslow; from property known as Rutland, Witt Road for a distance of approximately 60 metres in a southerly direction to enable Virgin Media to carry out excavations to install fibre optic ducting. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 11 November 2019 and the closure will be required until 06 December 2019. D) Nunton Drove (Part), Odstock; from its junction with Back Lane for a distance of approximately 340 metres in a south westerly direction to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via Nunton Drove (unaffected length) – Whitsbury Road – Odstock Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 November 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 for one day. E) Hatch Lane (Part), West Tisbury; from its junction with Monmouth Road for a distance of approximately 500 metres in an easterly direction to enable BT to replace decaying telegraph pole. Alternative route: via Hatch Lane (unaffected length) – Windlestraw Lane – C43 – Hindon Lane – High Street – Vicarage Road - Tuckingmill and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 November 2019 and the closure will be required for one day. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works..
