Catching Up with RHS AP Economics Ridgewood High School Each year, students enrolled in the AP Economics program practice business competition against their classmates in a very fun and tasty Bake Sale event. While COVID restrictions made the event impossible this year, students were still able to practice their business and accounting skills by baking at home and projecting-out costs for wide scale production! RHS senior Zachary Kim went above and beyond the call of duty by produc- ing Rice Krispie Treats ("Fauci Balls"), and then selling them in a safe, contactless manner. In true RHS fashion, Zachary raised $321 that he donat- ed to Habitat for Humanity! Bravo, Zachary Kim!
