Diana E. Murphy is a federal judge on senior status with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She was nominated by President Bill Clinton in 1994 to the Eighth Circuit. Murphy was first nominated to the federal bench in 1979 by Jimmy Carter to serve with the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Roger Leland Wollman is a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He joined the court in 1985 after being nominated by former President . In February 2018, Wollman announced his intention to assume senior status as soon as his successor could be appointed, but not later than December 31, 2018. [1]
