CourseDescription&Objectives: Thiscoursewillimpartbasicknowledgeaboutmicro-organismsassociated withfoods Bytheendofthecourse,thestudentswillbeabletogainknowledgeonthe sources,contaminationandspoilageofmicro-organisms,thepreservation offoodforfutureuse.
