NWFB Launches Route 948E and Extends Route 948 Service Hours

（18 December 2020, ） Effective from Monday, 28 December, New World First Bus (“NWFB”) will introduce Route 948E, providing service between and Island East. From the same day, service hours of both bounds of NWFB Route 948 will be extended. Details are as follows:

New Route 948E NWFB Route 948E will provide service on Monday to Friday (except public holiday). Morning departures operate at 7:30am and 7:45am from via Cheung On Estate, Cheung Wan Estate, Cheung Hang Estate, Tsing Yi Estate, Greenview Villa, Greenfield Garden, Chung Mei Road, Cheung Hong Estate, Ching Shing Court, Cheung Ching Estate and , then via West Kowloon Highway, Western Harbour Crossing, Central-Wan Chai Bypass and Island Eastern Corridor after Ching Tao House Cheung Ching Estate, non-stop going to North Point and before terminating at Plaza.

Evening departures operate at 6:05pm and 6:20pm from Kornhill Plaza via Quarry Bay and North Point, then via Island Eastern Corridor, Central-Wan Chai Bypass, Western Harbour Crossing and West Kowloon Highway after Model Housing Estate, non-stop going to Cheung Ching Estate, Mayfair Gardens, Ching Shing Court, Cheung Hong Estate, Chung Mei Road, Greenview Villa, Tsing Yi Estate, Cheung Hang Estate, Mount Haven, Cheung Wan Estate, Cheung On Estate and before terminating at Tsing Yi Station.

The full fare is HK$20.2 with section fares applied. Passengers may refer to the customer notices for detailed bus stop locations and section fares.

Route 948 Route 948 will extend service hours for both bounds. Operating hours of Causeway Bay bound service will be extended from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday; operating hours of Tsing Yi bound service will be advanced to begin from 12:00noon daily.
