  • Measuring Our Progress - 2017/18-2020/21 Delivery Program
THE INTEGRATED PLANNING AND REPORTING FRAMEWORK The Local Government Integrated Planning and Reporting (IPR) Framework aims to ensure a more sustainable Local Government sector. All NSW Councils are required to develop a Community Strategic Plan (10 years) along with a Delivery Program (4 years) and Operational Plan (1 year). These documents are informed by a Resourcing Strategy (10 years) that is made up of a Long Term Financial Plan (Money), Asset Management Strategy (Assets) and Workforce Management Plan (People). Figure 1: IPR Framework In order to achieve the integration envisaged by the IPR framework, there is an alignment between the Fairfield City Plan (Community Strategic Plan), Resourcing Strategy, Delivery Program and the Operational Plan. This alignment is formed through the five Themes identified by the community in the Fairfield City Plan: . Theme 1: Community Wellbeing . Theme 2: Places and Infrastructure . Theme 3: Environmental Sustainability . Theme 4: Local Economy and Employment . Theme 5: Good Governance and Leadership The Delivery Program details the projects, programs and services Council will undertake during its term-of- office to help achieve the community outcomes identified in the Fairfield City Plan. The Operational Plan is a sub plan of the Delivery Program, which outlines the projects, major programs and services that will be undertaken during the financial year. It also includes the budget details for the year. This report will be publicly available on Council’s website. QUARTERLY REPORT October to December

KICKOFF 2021 - ROUND 14 SATURDAY SYDNEY UNITED 29TH MAY SPORTS CENTRE 7PM MEN’S CLUB WELCOME Welcome to Sydney United Sports Centre for Round 14 of the National Premier Leagues NSW men’s competition between Northbridge Bulls and Sydney FC. Last round we put forward a strong performance against the league leaders Blacktown City and were unlucky not to get the three points. I am very proud of the boys and the way in which they played the game with very positive and forward thinking. I believe we deserved more from the game but credit to Blacktown City, it shows why they are at the top of the ladder. Looking towards tonight’s fixture against Sydney FC, we expect a difficult game as it is like a mini derby which means anything is possible. We push Good luck to both teams and we hope you enjoy the for the three points like always and hope to have a match. few more players back from injury to strengthen our GO THE BULLS! squad. It has been a tough couple of weeks for the Bulls as we have had quite a few boys out with illness and injuries, proving to test our depth. Even though we did not get the result we wanted against Olympic we played some good football and the boys showed good heart and effort. I feel the turning point in the game was losing Niko Ujdur just before half time with a very late tackle where it looks like he has fractured his ankle. Looking forward to this weekend, we are hoping Good luck to both teams and we hope you all enjoy to get a few boys back into the squad and look to Saturday Night Football at Sydney United Sports play our style of football.
