D’ordre de mon gouvernement, j’ai l’honneur de vous faire tenir ci-joint la liste des violations du cessez-le-feu commises par les forces armées azerbaïdjanaises le long de la frontière d’État de la République d’Arménie au cours des mois de novembre et décembre 2018 (voir annexes I et II)*. Je vous fais également tenir ci-joint la liste des violations du cessez-le-feu que le Ministère de la défense de la République d’Artsakh (République du Haut-Karabakh) a dressée au cours des mois de novembre et décembre 2018 (voir annexes III et IV)*. Je vous serais reconnaissant de bien vouloir faire distribuer le texte de la présente lettre et de ses annexes comme document de l’Assemblée générale, au titre du point 34 de l’ordre du jour, et du Conseil de sécurité.
