Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/535 of 8 April 2020 amending Regulation (EC) No 748/2009 on the list of aircraft operators which performed an aviation activity listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC on or after 1 January 2006 specifying the administering Member State for each aircraft operator (Text with EEA relevance) COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2020/535 of 8 April 2020 amending Regulation (EC) No 748/2009 on the list of aircraft operators which performed an aviation activity listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC on or after 1 January 2006 specifying the administering Member State for each aircraft operator (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 establishing a system for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Union and amending Council Directive 96/61/EC(1), and in particular Article 18a(3)(b) thereof, Whereas: (1) Directive 2003/87/EC, as amended by Directive 2008/101/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council(2), includes aviation activities in the system for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Union (‘EU ETS’). (2) Commission Regulation (EC) No 748/2009(3) establishes a list of aircraft operators which performed an aviation activity listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC on or after 1 January 2006. (3) That list aims to reduce the administrative burden on aircraft operators by providing information on which Member State will be regulating a particular aircraft operator. (4) The inclusion of an aircraft operator in the EU ETS is dependent upon the performance of an aviation activity listed in Annex I to Directive 2003/87/EC and is not dependent on the inclusion in the list of aircraft operators established by the Commission on the basis of Article 18a(3) of that Directive. (5) Pursuant to the Agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation on the linking of their greenhouse gas emissions trading systems(4), aviation activities are to be included in the respective Emissions Trading Systems of the Parties. Switzerland is administer a number of aircraft operators currently administered by a Member State. (6) An aircraft operator is to be administered either by a Member State or by Switzerland, not by both. For activities relative to the calculation of compliance against 2019 emissions, the aircraft operators, which will have been reattributed to Switzerland will still be temporarily administered by a Member State 2 Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/535 of 8 April 2020 amending Regulation (EC) No 748/2009... (7) Changes to the list of the aircraft operators are based on the latest data provided by Eurocontrol. (8) Regulation (EC) No 748/2009 should therefore be amended accordingly. (9) This Regulation should enter into force for the yearly updating of the list of aircraft operators referred to in Article 18a(3)(b) of Directive 2003/87/EC, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 748/2009 is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Slobodanovi Stojićovi Ph.D, taktiež riaditeľovi pre rozvoj a infraštruktúru na letisku v Bratislave, pánovi Feketemu, ale najmä svojím rodičom a blízkym, ktorí ma podporovali počas môjho celého štúdia. 4 Abstrakt Najfrekventovanejším letiskom na území Slovenskej republiky je letisko Milana Rastislava Štefánika v Bratislave. Dôvodom zvolenia tejto témy, je záujem o vývoj a budúcnosť tohoto letiska. Cieľom práce je poukázať na prietok cestujúcich danými stanoviskami, ako sú odbavovacie priehradky a bezpečnostná kontrola z hľadiska kapacity. Na základe poskytnutých informácií z letiska Bratislava, o limitoch na bezpečnostnej kontrole, je výsledkom potreba navrhnúť riešenia, ktoré vedú k zlepšeniu problematickej situácie vzhľadom na kapacitu na stanoviskách bezpečnostnej kontroly a odbavovacích priehradiek. Podrobnejšie je popísaný postup využitý pri výpočtoch kapacity a určené sú vhodné parametre potrebné pre tento výpočet. Ilustrovaný je taktiež prechod cestujúceho cez všetky procesy letiskového terminálu až po jeho odlet. The reason, why I decided to choose this topic is the interest in the development and future of this airport. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to point out the flow of passengers through the different spots at the airport, such as check-in counters and security check in terms of capacity.

    13.3.2018 ES Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea L 70/1 II (Actos no legislativos) REGLAMENTOS REGLAMENTO (UE) 2018/336 DE LA COMISIÓN de 8 de marzo de 2018 que modifica el Reglamento (CE) n.o 748/2009, sobre la lista de operadores de aeronaves que han realizado una actividad de aviación enumerada en el anexo I de la Directiva 2003/87/CE el 1 de enero de 2006 o a partir de esta fecha, en la que se especifica el Estado miembro responsable de la gestión de cada operador (Texto pertinente a efectos del EEE) LA COMISIÓN EUROPEA, Visto el Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea, Vista la Directiva 2003/87/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 13 de octubre de 2003, por la que se establece un régimen para el comercio de derechos de emisión de gases de efecto invernadero en la Comunidad y por la que se modifica la Directiva 96/61/CE del Consejo (1), y en particular su artículo 18 bis, apartado 3, letra b), Considerando lo siguiente: (1) La Directiva 2008/101/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo (2) modificó la Directiva 2003/87/CE para incluir las actividades de aviación en el régimen que regula el comercio de derechos de emisión de gases de efecto invernadero en la Unión. (2) El Reglamento (CE) n.o 748/2009 de la Comisión (3) establece una lista de los operadores de aeronaves que han realizado una actividad de aviación enumerada en el anexo I de la Directiva 2003/87/CE el 1 de enero de 2006 o a partir de esta fecha.
