It is proposed to vest in Fee Simple the 7 premises set out in the appendix to this report in the applicants listed therein. The purchase price was calculated in accordance with Section 17 of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) (No. 2) Act, 1978, using the method set out in Circular H. 41/78 of the 6th October, 1978 from the Department of the Environment. In addition to the purchase price, a fee is also payable by the purchaser as prescribed in Section 26 (8) as amended by Section 4 (2) of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) Amendment Act, 1984.
