Defendant United States Anti-Doping Agency (―USADA‖) is a Colorado Corporation with its principal place of business at 5555 Tech Center Drive, Suite 200, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80919. USADA is the national anti-doping organization for the United States and manages the United States‘ anti-doping testing program for National Governing Bodies for Olympic, Paralympic, and Pan-American Games Sports. 3.
