Centre for Development of Communication Skills Language is essential for expressing ideas, opinions, views, emotions etc. it is an effective means to effective leadership. One of the essential qualities of an effective leader is the command over oral ability in the language of communication. In other words effective oral communication is a key to successful leadership. This centre has been working hard to bring about a sea change in the methodology of teaching, evaluation and designing the language curriculum to suit the various levels of students. Presentation Skills Big – Fight (Debate) Just A Minute Group Discussion Problem Solving Communication Skills- Role Model Sessions Soft Skills Team Building Adapting to Corporate Culture The above activities would provide enough exposure to the student to fit into the grooves. This centre concentrates on improving the soft skills of the budding engineers by formulating and organizing various work-shops. In these workshops, comprehensive and creative topics are chosen and with the help of innovative learning aids workshops are being conducted by eminent speakers from EFLU and British Council. These workshops enable the students to cross the barriers of expression. To enhance the entrepreneurial Skills needed (along with technical Specialization) this centre trains them to appear for a Business English Certificate, by University of Cambridge, UK acknowledged by all the companies worldwide. We start the training in 1st year by allocating extra 2 periods per week in the regular Time Table. We proceed giving necessary training through prescribed syllabus. Because of the blemish of that miserable one and since she had taken him to be her father, Dakshuyani discarded her body after having gone to his place. Why should this Sati Devi go there at all leaving Rudra. There is a default in Brahma’s act that has created this Prajapathi. There is a default in her taking it up. She left her body burning it in yoga Agni (fire). The soul remained just like that. Rudra has taken up that body. (This is a symbolism, or it may be understood in any other way). It is all a symbolism to say that Rudra was sorrowful, ferocious and terrifying, having carried he body on His shoulders. Both the acts are of demerit. There is no peace to the worlds while He was wandering carrying that body. Rudra was looking as though He is going to destroy (every one in) the worlds. He was wandering having descended to earth. Vishnu knows that Rudra will become peaceful if the body of Dakshuyani is lost. All these statements pertain to the subtle form of the body.
