COMPLETION OF THE ACQUSITION OF LICENSE RIGHTS BY JOINT VENTURE BETWEEN INBRANDS AND

São Paulo and , January 4, 2013 – Inbrands S.A., a publicly held company with no shares registered for trade (“Inbrands”), announces, that it has completed the transactions previously announced in its Communication to Market issued on November 12, 2012 pursuant to which Tommy Hilfiger do Brasil S.A. (the “JV”), Inbrands’ joint venture with Tommy Hilfiger B.V. (“Tommy Hilfiger”), a wholly owned subsidiary of PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH), and American S.A. (“ASSA”) acquired the rights to operate, manage and distribute Tommy Hilfiger brand apparel products in Brazil for a minimum term of 10 years.
