For IMMEDIATE RELEASE CONTACT: BESPOKE COLLECTION www.bespokecollection.com [email protected] Bespoke Collection Wine Brands Launch 20L, Recyclable Keg Program to Wholesale Partners “Tap” into wines from Blackbird Vineyards, Ma(i)sonry Napa Valley and Recuerdo Wines NAPA VALLEY, CA, April 17, 2013 – Bespoke Collection has recently tapped into the innovative wine-keg movement by offering Blackbird Vineyards 2012 Arriviste Rosé and Ma(i)sonry Napa Valley 2012 Hudson Vineyard Sans Chêne Sauvignon Blanc in 20L, recyclable keg formats – and just in time for the spring and summer months. The 2012 Arriviste, a winsome, salmon red-colored rosé of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, displays enticing flavors of tart cherry, bright citrus and clean minerality. The 2012 San Chêne Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from the Hudson Vineyard in Carneros, offers aromas of ripe papaya and crisp lemon with a hint of vanilla. Both wines, stylistically designed to complement a kegged-wine program, were vinified by esteemed winemaker, Aaron Pott. The wine-on-tap movement, a growing trend in the United States wine industry, has solid roots in Europe where locals often save money and materials by filling their own vessels from wine barrels. In the states, kegged wines afford restaurant and wine bars upwards of 65 days of fresh product, compared to the two to three day shelf life of an opened bottle of wine – and they emerge avant-garde, cool doing it. Across the country, restaurants like Prospect in San Francisco, Second Bar + Kitchen in Austin and Two Urban Licks in Atlanta are embracing kegged wines as a modern and eco-friendly option for their wine programs. -

THE BLACKBIRD STORY History Since 1999, the Blackbird Vineyard (a former a walnut orchard first planted with 5,717 Merlot vines in 1997), quietly provided fruit to many of Napa‟s finest winemakers, for whom it yielded astonishing comments from Napa Valley veterans and noteworthy editorialists. Purchased by Michael Polenske in 2003, Blackbird Vineyards is now an ultra premium label in its own right. Fittingly, the word „Merlot‟ is French patois for „little blackbird.‟ An early harbinger of Blackbird's potential arose when Mia Klein of Dalla Valle fame created a Blackbird Vineyard designate for her highly acclaimed 1999 Selene Merlot (no less than 95% of the fruit in the bottle must be from the named vineyard). Three of the top wine critics in the industry—Robert Parker, Stephen Tanzer, and Wine Spectator's James Laube—scored this wine in the 90s. Blackbird's inaugural 2003 bottling, culled from a small crush of grapes that weren't already claimed by other vintners was awarded 98 points by Vinfolio, proclaiming it, "the best Merlot nobody had ever heard of." ACME Fines Wines News was equally enthusiastic, saying, "it is with wines like this that we never question why we are in this business." Blackbird's 2003 Merlot was also given a score of 95 points by Vintrust, which praised its complexity and richness, proclaiming it, "hedonistic in length." Philosophy Terroir-Driven Since the premier release with our 2003 vintage, Blackbird Vineyards‟ winemaking team has handcrafted truly expressive wines with a focus on the varieties of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. -

The 2016 Annual Report
TO OUR SHAREHOLDERS Several years ago, we began transforming WWE’s business to drive long-term growth by placing strategic emphasis on optimizing the value of our content, developing digital and technology platforms, and expanding our global presence. Our execution of these initiatives has been strong as we continue to leverage the three pillars of our content ecosystem: traditional television distribution, direct-to-consumer (WWE Network), and digital and social platforms. Our results in 2016, including record revenues and increased consumption of our content, demonstrate the successful ongoing transformation of our business model. Every day, as the media industry evolves, we become more digital and more global, with a greater emphasis on direct-to- consumer. We believe we are well positioned to drive long-term growth and create shareholder value. 2016 BREAKING RECORDS… BUILDING ON STRENGTH In 2016, WWE delivered the highest revenue in our Company’s history, $729 million – up 11% from 2015 and an impressive 44% from 2013, the year prior to the launch of WWE Network. These results included record revenue from our Network, Television, Live Events, Venue Merchandise and WWE Shop business segments. Growth from international markets continued to fuel our performance, reaching $189 million, up 11%. WWE’s strong, top-line growth translated into a 44% increase in operating income to $55.7 million. The market continued to reward this performance. Over the past twelve months, WWE stock provided shareholders with a 12% total return (including $37 million dividend payout).1 In addition, we issued $215 million of convertible note financing on favorable terms to support the execution of our long-term growth strategy.2 FORBES NAMED WRESTLEMANIA AS ONE OF THE TOP 5 MOST VALUABLE SPORTS EVENTS IN THE WORLD RECORD BRAND ENGAGEMENT We delivered these results because WWE is a one- of-a-kind brand with unmatched global engagement – a brand now able to directly reach any household with broadband access anywhere in the world. -
RETHINK PINK - AFTER TASTING 135 DOMESTIC ROSÉS, HERE ARE OUR TOP PICKS Lynne Char Bennett, Chronicle Staff Writer Friday, May 23, 2008
RETHINK PINK - AFTER TASTING 135 DOMESTIC ROSÉS, HERE ARE OUR TOP PICKS Lynne Char Bennett, Chronicle Staff Writer Friday, May 23, 2008 Rosé has finally shed its sweet label. But with so many wineries scrambling to make a dry rosé, are the new arrivals any good? Production of premium American rosés has dramatically increased (see the accompanying story). Last year, The Chronicle Tasting Panel evaluated 81 domestic pink wines, 12 of which we recommended. This year the numbers were even higher, as U.S. wineries flooded us with 172 dry still rosés. After excluding wines released more than a year ago and those not readily available at retail in the Bay Area, there were still more than 135 contenders to consider. We strapped in for a long ride. More wineries - noticing customer interest and rosé's increasing sales - are producing pink wine. Rosé can be made three ways. The traditional method is to crush red grapes, then bleed off some juice - referred to as "saignee" - to intensify the color and tannins of the remaining juice. Another method becoming more prevalent is choosing grapes specifically for rosé, pressing the whole clusters, allowing minimal skin contact, then fermenting it like white wine. Less usual is blending red wine with white wine for a resulting pink. Saignee rosé is made by seasoned winemakers like Storybook Mountain's Jerry Seps, who has been making between 100 and 300 cases of Zinfandel rosé for the past 12 years, and rosé newcomer Blackbird Vineyards, which just released its first vintage of 400 cases made from 80 percent Merlot and 20 percent Cabernet Franc. -
