The particulars of which are given on this certificate, to verify compliance with the requirements of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) 1974 Regulation ll– 2/3.40.4, II-2/5.3.2.4 and II-2/6.2.

The manufacturer is allowed to affix the U.S. Coast Guard approval number 164.144/1121/WCL MED0331QA as allowed by the “Agreement between the European Community and the United States of America on Mutual Recognition of Certificates of Conformity for Marine Equipment” signed February 27th, 2004.
