ZAPISNIK Sa sastanka predstavnika klubova koji su se prijavili za takmičenje u Regionalnim ligama, koji je održan dana 04.10.2020. godine u Čačku. Propozicije takmičenja za sezonu 2020/2021 usvojene su jednoglasno 1 Liga mlađih kategorija „Regionalna liga RKS Zadna Srbija“ Saopštenje 1. Tačka 2. Takmičarske grupe su određene shodno osnovnim takmičarskim principima i regionalnoj pripadnosti. I JUNIORI Za takmičenje u ovoj konkurenciji prijavilo se 16 ekipa i igraće se dve grupe po 8 ekipa. Prvak grupe 3 III PIONIRI Dogovor oko takmičenja u ovoj kategoriji je napravljen na sastanku u Čačku, ali je izvesno da će doći do promena u sastavima grupa nakon Kvalifikacija za MK međuregionalnu ligu koje se igraju 09. – 11. oktobra, pa ćemo konačne sastave i kalendar takmičenja objaviti u sledećem Saopštenju. Službena lica nemaju pravo na dnevnicu. POSEBNA SAOPŠTENJA 1. Takmičenje mlađih kategorija KSS igra se prema Pravilniku o takmičenju KSS, Pravilima igre (službeni tekst Pravila igre), Propozicijama i drugim normativnim aktima KSS. 2. Utakmice se igraju kožnim loptama MOLTEN. Mlađi pioniri igraju loptom MOLTEN N o6. 3. Minibasket Zelena Minibasket Zelena Licenciranje MK ekipa za REGIONALNU MK LIGU obaviće se u kancelariji RKS Zapadna Srbija 6 Liga mlađih kategorija „Regionalna liga RKS Zadna Srbija“ Saopštenje 1. Za jednu ekipu može biti licencirano: - U19/U18 JUNIORI/JUNIORKE – najviše 20 (DVADESET) igrača - U17/U16 KADETI/KADETKINJE – najviše 20 (DVADESET) igrača - U15/U14 PIONIRI/PIONIRKE – najviše 20 (DVADESET) igrača - U13/U12 MLAĐI PIONIRI – najviše 25 (DVADESET PET) igrača - U11/U10 MINIBASKET – najviše 25 (DVADESET PET) 4. Igrač/ca kluba koji imaju dve ekipe u istoj kategoriji ne može nastupati za obe ekipe, već smo za ekipu za koju je licenciran. Svi igrači moraju imati overen lekarski pregled koji nije stariji od 6 meseci (licenca igrača ili na spisak). 5. Pravo vođenja ekipe ima trener koji je upisan u licencu ekipe i ima licencu trenera. Klub koji nema na utakmici trenera sa licencom, prema Propozicijama LMK kažnjava se novčano. Trenerska licenca se izdaje po uslovima UKTS ( PLAVA ili CRVENA licenca za KVALITETNU LIGU). 6. Službeni predstavnik, lekar, ili fizoiterapeut mogu nastupiti u takmičenju samo ako su upisani u licencu ekipe i imaju odgovarajuću licencu. 7. Delegat utakmice je odgovoran za kontrolu prava nastupa svih učesnika utakmice . 8. Klub i ovlašćeno lice kluba snose punu disciplinsku odgovornost za verodostojnost podataka igrača navedenih u licenci ekipe. Igrač NEMA pravo nastupa za klub do pravosnažnost konačne odluke Predsedništva KSS o prelasku igrača u klub. Ekipa koja nastupi sa igračem koji je nepravilno registrovan ili licenciran gubi utakmicu službenim rezultatom (Pravilnik o takmičenju, čl. 30). 9. Komesari MK takmičenja su: - Moravički okrug Jelić Marko - Zlatiborski okrug Stojanović Dragan - Kolubarsko-Mačvanski okrug Goran Antonić 10. Koordinator svih takmičenja je Jelić Marko. 11. Takmičenja će se voditi iz centara: Čačak, Valjevo i Užice. 12. Utakmice se igraju brz prisustva plublike, shodno odlukama Košarkaškog Saveza Srbije i nadležnih organa Republike Srbije. Na utakmicama je obavezna primena protokola organizacije utakmica u vanrednim uslovima prouzrokovanim virusom COVID-19 koji je usvojen na sednici UO KS Srbije 08.

    Republic of Serbia Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development as Contracting Authority Announce AN INVITATION TO SUBMIT BIDS IN INTERNATIONAL OPEN PROCEDURE FOR PROCUREMENT Performing construction, reconstruction and renovation works for the second group of schools within School Modernisation Programme – Component 3 number OP/R/01/15 Financial Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, that approved a loan of EUR 50 million towards the modernization of education in Serbia, was published in the Official Gazette - International Agreements no. 8-10 and 12-15. The project consists of three components. Component 3 includes the new construction and expansion or modernization of schools in Serbia. Selection and priority of schools that are included in Component 3 is the result of evaluation of the schools based on jointly adopted principles between Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and the European Investment Bank, according to the Methodology (EIB Support to Serbian Education in Developing Methodology for Strategic Investment Planning for Educational Infrastructure), developed by consultant EC Harris employed by the European Investment Bank. The schools included in Component 3 will benefit from a complete framework package, comprising of full refurbishments or new construction, sports facilities, canteens, educational materials, furniture, equipment and IT equipment, etc. so as to allow schools to function properly and enable them to deliver a modern curricula. Procurement is conducted in open international procedure in accordance with EIB Guide to procurement. The start of the Works is expected in April 2016. An estimated number of about 3,000-10,000 of 30 mm DU rounds of armor-piercing Dragana J.
