of Hastings between the hours of 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM will be issued a parking citation. Any vehicle left upon the City Streets that is considered to be a potential hazard, because of road conditions may be towed at the owner’s Downtown Events expense. Please keep in mind the enforcement of this ordi- nance is to allow the Department of Public Service Crew COMING IN DECEMBER: the ability to keep your streets clear of snow.
