    SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION 2018-19 Collège Champittet offers a transportation solution between home and school. Our fleet of minibus is well equipped and fulfils all safety requirements. Our drivers have been selected for their reliability as well as their attitude: a child who is happy to take the school bus starts the school day with a smile. Our school transportation offer is based on sound economic management rules: it is based on fare zones (not calculated per each km) and sets maximum transportation time. The children living far away will be the first ones to take the bus and the last ones to leave the bus. School transportation is not allowed on speed road section, and for this reason it also depends of the traffic. Cette associa- tion fournit les prestations liées à l'aide sociale (le revenu d'insertion, via le CSR), les prestations liées aux assurances sociales (via les AAS) pour ce qui relève des buts principaux ainsi que celles relatives au but optionnel dont sont membres 37 communes du district soit : l'accueil de jour des enfants au sens de la Loi sur l'Accueil de Jour des Enfants (LAJE) via le Réseau AJEMA et l'Ac- cueil Familial de Jour (AFJ). Cette association emploie actuellement près de 200 collaborateurs/trices. L'ARASMAC étant une association de communes au sens des articles 112 et suivants de la Loi sur les Communes (LC), la modification de ses statuts relève de la compétence du Conseil inter- communal conformément à l'art. 126 al.1 LC. Cependant, certaines modifications, en particulier celles décrites à l'art. 126 al.2 LC, nécessitent l'approbation de la majorité des conseils généraux, respectivement communaux.

PREAMBULE Le 25 novembre 2018, les corps électoraux des communes d’Aubonne et Montherod ont accepté la convention de fusion ayant pour objet la création d’une nouvelle commune vaudoise ensuite de fusion du nom d’Aubonne. Le présent document charge le Grand Conseil de ratifier la convention de fusion par voie de décret et de modifier la loi sur le découpage territorial. 2 2.
