Planning Outlook All mountain areas of Britain from Monday, 19 April, 2021 Rain will erratically transfer to eastern Scotland and may break out in England and Wales on Tuesday - although the timing is uncertain. Then as pressure then builds again, fine weather will return. Although the wind will temporarily revert to northerly, the air drawn in will be less cold than recently. There may still be valley frost at night but daytime temperatures will be higher and freezing level only temporarily near 900m on Tuesday and Wednesday in Scotland. Widely very dry underfoot; beware fire risk.
